3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on hyp77. Registering multiple accounts — regardless of the device, mobile number, email address, payment method, or IP address used — is strictly prohibited. hyp77 employs technical and manual monitoring to detect multiple account registration. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, all balances will be reviewed, and any bonuses or winnings derived from multi-account activity will be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

hyp77 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. 4.2 Withdrawals

Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. hyp77 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal where cryptocurrency methods are used.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

hyp77 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the point of offer, which include applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on hyp77 — including sabong, live casino, slots, bingo, and specialty games — operate according to their respective published game rules. In the event of a conflict between a game's published rules and these Terms, the game rules take precedence for that specific game outcome.

hyp77's live casino games and slot titles are provided by licensed third-party game providers whose random number generators (RNGs) and live dealer operations are independently tested and certified for fairness. hyp77 does not directly control the outcomes of games provided by third-party suppliers.

Sabong outcomes on hyp77 are determined by the live cockfighting event as it occurs at the licensed arena. hyp77 streams these events in real time and has no influence over fight outcomes. In the event of a technical failure resulting in a lost stream connection during a match, hyp77's voiding and settlement procedures will be applied as detailed in the Sabong Game Rules.

In the event of a manifestly incorrect payout resulting from a software bug, human error, or technical malfunction, hyp77 reserves the right to correct the error regardless of whether the resulting payout has already been credited to the player's account. Where correction is not possible, the relevant wager may be voided and the original stake returned.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hyp77 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

Where an account is closed by hyp77 for a violation of these Terms, any outstanding balance in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the violation. Where an account is closed by hyp77 for reasons other than a player violation — such as a commercial decision to exit a market — any verified outstanding balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting hyp77 support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any pending bonus funds will be cancelled, and the verified cash balance will be returned within the standard withdrawal processing timeline.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the hyp77 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, interface design, game assets, text, graphics, audio, video, and software — is the property of hyp77 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use hyp77 for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. 11 Limitation of Liability

hyp77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. 12 Privacy & Data Protection

hyp77 collects, processes, and stores player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at hyp77.cam/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing regulations.

By registering an account on hyp77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and marketing communications where you have provided separate consent for marketing.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of hyp77 that cannot be resolved through hyp77's internal customer support process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact hyp77 via live chat or the support email address and allow hyp77 a reasonable period of no less than thirty (30) days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

14 Amendments to These Terms

hyp77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
